- Westwood Table Soccer uses only Tracked & Signed shipping services. This ensures that you & we are able to obtain tracking & proof of delivery.
- Your goods are always fully insured during transit
- Confirmed shipments always require a signature on delivery. If there is a signature shown as provided, we always have to accept this is proof of delivery.

- Westwood Table Soccer uses International Tracked and Signed services which offer end to end peace of mind & traceability for your goods while in transit.
- Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting the cost of any & all customs duties & taxes when importing goods from the UK. We will advise you of postage options and prices.
- The full balance including shipping costs must be paid in full before we will ship your package
- We will advise you of any additional costs if you have not already paid in full for your order & if there is a balance left to pay we will request this is made now.
- Once we have received payment in full we will ship your goods to you using the agreed service.

- UK ONLY: If you miss your delivery, you can book your redelivery online free of charge to the same address or pay a fee to have it re-routed. Please note that there will be a short delay for your goods to arrive.

If we authorise your return we will issue a returns authorisation number & our returns address

- Your item must be unused.
- Your items must be returned in the same condition in which you received it (unless they were damaged in transit).
- Your item must be returned in its original packaging (or with the original packaging if this was damaged in transit) .
- Your item must have a returns authorisation number (see information below)
You MUST contact us by email or by using our contact form if you wish to make a return & tell us the reason why.
If we authorise your return we will issue a returns authorisation number & our returns address
Unsolicited Returns
- Any return received without an authorised returns number will not be accepted, It will be returned to sender.
- So that we can claim in the insurance that covers the goods while in the care f the courier (usually Royal Mail) please send us clear images of the damaged goods, including images of its packaging.
- These should be attached to an email sent to us at [email protected]
- Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you that we have received it and will carry out a full and careful inspection.
- After inspection has been completed we will notify providing you with an inspection summary or our findings.
- We will refund you in full if upon inspection your returns goods are found to be at fault through an error made by Westwood Table Soccer.
- Once a return is received & inspected, we will initiate your refund, This will be using the same source ass your original payment method, most often this is via PayPal.
- Westwood Table Soccer will correct any error or make any necessary repair & return the item to you.
- You will initially be responsible for paying for your own returns shipping costs.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will carry out an inspection If in your favour, we will refund the returns shipping costs.

- If a return is necessary we will tell you how to return your item.
- We will allocate a returns number (eg: WTS0034) . This must be included above the return address on your returning package.
